Welcome to Better Matchmaking LLC. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, forms, and private services. By accessing our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Membership Eligibility To participate in our network, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age and legally single (divorced, widowed, or legally separated).

  • Provide 100% truthful, accurate, and current information.

  • Have no felony convictions or pending charges related to violence, fraud, or harassment.

  • Be seeking a genuine, intentional romantic relationship.

2. Scope of Services Better Matchmaking LLC provides introductions and search services.

  • The Registry: Joining our database is voluntary and does not guarantee matches, communication, or active search efforts.

  • Private Clients: Paying clients enter into a separate "Matchmaking Service Agreement" which outlines specific search parameters and fees.

  • Results: We do not guarantee romantic success, marriage, or the specific outcome of any introduction.

3. Professional Code of Conduct We maintain a high standard for our community. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately, without refund, if a participant:

  • Behaves inappropriately, disrespectfully, or aggressively toward staff, clients, or candidates.

  • Makes false or defamatory statements regarding the Firm or its participants.

  • Breaches confidentiality by sharing a match’s identity, photos, or contact info with third parties.

  • Uses the service for commercial solicitation.

4. Confidentiality Agreement All information shared regarding potential matches is strictly confidential. You are prohibited from recording, screenshotting, or disclosing details about any individual introduced to you through the Firm.

5. Introductions & Safety Better Matchmaking LLC facilitates the connection, but you are responsible for the interaction.

  • Personal Judgment: You are solely responsible for your safety and conduct during and after any introduction (in-person, virtual, or phone).

  • Vetting: While we interview and screen participants, we do not conduct formal private investigations or criminal background checks unless explicitly stated in a signed Client Agreement. We encourage meeting in public and exercising standard personal discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability Better Matchmaking LLC is not liable for any damages, disputes, or losses arising from your participation in our Services or your relationship with any introduced party. You engage in introductions at your own risk.

7. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Charlotte, NC.

8. Intellectual Property All branding, copy, and website content are the property of Better Matchmaking LLC and may not be reproduced without written consent.
